Born out of MIT in 2012, our mission is to engineer sharp, high-performing, comfortable clothes. Role Summary:

This role will be our key “demand-side” executive - leading all sales efforts, both owned (D2C) and beyond.   Resembles a CMO with a rapid-growth mindset and pattern recognition on how to achieve our lofty goals. Able to be hands-on with sales initiatives - both existing and new - and lead a team to achieve the following goals: 


  • Own direct-to-consumer sales channel: 
  • Ecommerce: Manage our website, merchandising, new product introductions, conversion rate, and ultimately, revenue
    • Retail: Manage our store footprint, growth plans, team, goal-setting, and efficiency
    • Set and maintain vision for retail experience across channels
  • Guide marketing efforts
    • Provides upstream sales insights to marketing team 
    • Ensure marketing strategy is sending qualified, high volume traffic to the right place at the right time
  • Guide new key growth initiatives
    • Expansion to wholesale
    • International growth, potentially with the use of a third party 
    • Business development, as needed / planned
  • Guide all other internal functions through sales insights
    • Input on product mix, roadmap, and balance
    • Report outcomes and insights to team + Board of Directors
  • Key Metric:  Total Company Revenue, Adherence to budget
  • Key Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant (or adjacent) experience, primarily marketing and / or ecommerce background, and a positive attitude - energetic, surgical, empathetic, and full of internal drive
