Builds and manages the Ministry of Supply community - both online and offline. This person will be responsible for the day to day content and engagement efforts that activate and inform our community across a variety of channels - ultimately driving strong, authentic customer relationships with each other and our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an innovative strategy for user engagement and acquisition, and drive community initiatives including ambassador programs, seeding, events, and more
  • Manages the content strategy, publication, and listening across a variety of channels including blogs, social media, website, email, and more.
  • Interacts with our community on owned channels such as Facebook, Twitter, as well as forums, IRL, FaceTIme, and wherever else they may be. Become the voice of the company; moderate user-generated content, like posts and articles; identify community sentiment and pain points; and address and respond as needed
  • Engage our customer IRL: Focus on geographies and self identification; use product seeding, dinners, promote reviews, work with local businesses, grad schools, appointments for styling, etc.
  • Test and Build a seeding program to introduce new customers to our brand, possibly through referrals of existing customers and stakeholdersĀ 
  • Manage a daily, weekly and monthly calendar that is approved by key stakeholders
  • Track key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience developing and executing strategies across digital and social channels to grow and foster an active community
  • Hands-on experience managing and tracking campaigns with social media management tools, CRMs, email service providers, web/product analytics platforms, and ticketing software (e.g. Hootsuite, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zendesk)
  • Expert knowledge of all things digital and social
  • Ability to analyze data and apply those findings to future efforts
