We started Ministry of Supply to solve a common problem: Dress clothes are stiff, stuffy, and high-maintenance. Born out of MIT in 2012, our mission is to engineer sharp, high-performing, comfortable clothes. By understanding your body in motion and using innovative materials, we are inventing apparel that's sweat proof, highly stretchable, and machine washable— sharp clothes you actually want to wear.  Our ethos is “Scientifically Better” and we demonstrate that through our clothes, our culture and our advertising.

 

Your growth is in your hands, literally.  Our current paid advertising budget is over $300,000 per month and with your help and expertise, we will grow that several-fold. You will:

  • Own Performance Advertising Results:  Drive our performance advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook, Google, Programmatic) balancing daily execution with long term strategy.  
  • Own Analytics:  Develop the right analytical frameworks and create the dashboards to help us monitor results.  Develop, run, and test experiments with controls, clear outcomes, analytics, and depth of coverage; explain results to top management including CEO; win new budgets and resources.  
  • Obsess over Growth:  24/7 seek new opportunities and learnings through deep networking to peers and leaders to understand marketing and advertising trends across our industry 
  • Set Strategic Forecasts: Develop high level strategy with milestones, frameworks and financial commitments to enable us to reach our goals; present to senior management and CEO.
  • Be Lightly comfortable with code: Be able to understand and manage marketing integrations, for example
  • Know FB Ads Manager cold.  And have experience or insights into other platforms and tools including self-serve DSPs, upfront buying, and adwords
  • Have a strong view on attribution

 

This role reports directly to the CEO.  You will manage a team of 3 people and will grow your reports and budgets as success is proven.  Key personal traits include: 4+ years of relevant experience, and a positive attitude - energetic, surgical, empathetic, and full of internal drive
